Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.

 

Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

7. PAYMENTS

  • Payments are taken securely online.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

 

8. PRESCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

Prescription-only medicines are issued only following a consultation with a qualified clinician and are non-refundable once dispensed.
