All medical and aesthetic services are provided following an appropriate consultation and, where required, a clinical assessment.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS (SERVICES)

  • Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
  • Medical and aesthetic services are non-refundable once provided.

 

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. PRODUCTS (SKINCARE SALES)

  • All skincare products are sold subject to availability.
  • Product descriptions are for guidance only.
  • Results may vary depending on individual skin type and usage.

 

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.

 

Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

7. PAYMENTS

  • Payments are taken securely online.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

 

8. PRESCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

Prescription-only medicines are issued only following a consultation with a qualified clinician and are non-refundable once dispensed.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
